SUMMER SAFETY TRAPS
ALL PARENTS NEED TO AVOID
WHO: World Against Toys Causing Harm, Inc. (W.A.T.C.H.), the
Nation’s leading non-profit organization dedicated to
protecting children from harmful toys and other recreational
children’s products. Co-Presenters: W.A.T.C.H President
Joan Siff and WATCH Director, Attorney James Swartz.
WHAT: W.A.T.C.H. will present its 2015 Summer Safety Report.
This year’s report will highlight warm weather safety traps
and recreational products that parents need to avoid. Toy
safety trends also will be addressed since more than 2.5
million children are injured in accidents each summer.
W.A.T.C.H. believes that with increased parental awareness,
the number of injuries can be significantly reduced.
